Narinig Mo Ba takes place in a sari-sari store, a small neighbourhood shop that sells everyday goods one piece at a time through a wire-mesh window. This guide walks around the counter using the files of the Narinig Mo Ba build on this site, from the painted Soda Soda sign to the parody products, their prices and the rhythm of a working day. It stays spoiler-free: the story is hinted at, never explained.
A neighbourhood counter
First, some general background rather than anything from the game files. Sari-sari roughly means "assorted", and a sari-sari store is a small neighbourhood shop that sells a little of everything, often in single portions: one coffee stick, one candy, one sachet of shampoo.
Narinig Mo Ba recreates that kind of counter. You play the shopkeeper, and in the build on this site every customer appears at a serving window covered in wire mesh, in the front view. The creators describe the game as "a story-driven psychological horror game disguised as a cozy sari-sari store simulator".
The disguise starts on the menu screen. Above the START and EXIT buttons hangs a painted, soft-drink-style shop sign reading "Soda Soda", with the title "NARINIG MO BA?" and the tagline "a sari-sorry story". The pun swaps store for sorry, a gentle warning that this is not a purely cheerful shop.
Products and visual details
According to the creators' release page, all of the art in Narinig Mo Ba was made in-house, and it shows in the stock. The item files list every product as a parody brand with its own price in pesos (₱):

The names reward a closer look. Ticnap Notnac is pancit canton spelled backwards, manok is the everyday word for chicken, and ano ba is roughly an exasperated "what is it?". The sachets hang overhead the way they do in real stores, the candy sits in a jar at the front, and the refrigerator's top and bottom doors open and close with a click, next to crates of soda.
Painted labels on the front view point the way: "sachets ↑", "← shelf", "counter ↓" and "fridge →". In Narinig Mo Ba you switch views with W A S D, the arrow keys or the pointer at the edge of the game; on a touchscreen you swipe or use on-screen arrows. Right-click a product to check its price.
The daily routine
Each day opens with a "DAY" title card and brings four visits. The scripts switch the shop from daylight to night after the second customer, and the story files have some evening visitors greet you with "Good evening" or "Magandang gabi".
A paying visit always runs in the same order in the story files: the customer's money appears on the counter, the bubble shows an "I need:" picture list, you hand over every item and then give back the difference from the cash drawer, with a calculator to help. The story files of the build on this site run for six of these days.
Customers and conversation
A neighbourhood shop runs on familiarity, and so does Narinig Mo Ba. In the story files most visitors call you Ate (older sister), the children call you Tita (auntie), and your neighbour Lucia calls you Mare, a friend's name.
The story files for the first two days introduce the regulars. Junjun buys one coffee stick and talks about looking for work. Lucia picks up noodle soup and corned beef, along with the latest gossip. Axel, a child, wants ten candies: "I want all of this to be candy." Layla, another child, is sent for a beer for her father, and you can tell her he should buy it himself. Malu, who sells malunggay pandesal (moringa bread rolls), needs ice, and Mario buys a Coke and a can of sardines.
Two habits help. Trust the picture list over the spoken order: Lucia's "Sharmaigne sodas" turn out to be Royal bottles. And chat freely: in the story files each conversation is a fixed list of steps, so your reply does not change what comes next.
A familiar setting changes
The shop itself never moves. The shelves and the window stay exactly where they were on Day 1. What changes is what you hear across the counter.
As the days go on, new faces arrive, conversations grow heavier and the soundtrack shifts, and some visits are designed to put you on edge. The creators call Narinig Mo Ba psychological horror, and the cozy shop is the disguise. This page will not say more than that; the story is best heard at the window.

How we checked this
Checked against the item files, scene resources and story files of build b_67742981ff37, a desktop browser run of the menu and the first two Day 1 visits, and the creators' release page. The change step and the calculator were not tested in that run, and no full playthrough on real devices was done.
