Narinig Mo Ba? Play in Your Browser

A little shop. A story worth hearing.

Step behind the counter of a Filipino neighbourhood shop, serve the regulars and listen closely. The hand-drawn shop looks welcoming, but Narinig Mo Ba is a short psychological horror story.

An ordinary shop, an uneasy feeling

Narinig Mo Ba begins with familiar things: shelves of everyday goods, a customer at the window and a conversation that seems to be going nowhere in particular. Regulars bring requests, jokes and pieces of their lives to the counter, and the daily routine gives you a reason to keep listening, even when a conversation turns uncomfortable.

It is a short, story-driven psychological horror game, not an endless shop simulator. Expect sudden sounds and themes of death and crime under the gentle art. You can decide whether it suits you without reading spoilers, and stop whenever it no longer feels comfortable; the horror guide describes the tone without giving the story away.

Before you press Play

The game files total about 114 MB before compression, so Wi‑Fi is kinder on a phone. Nothing is requested until you press Play now, and your browser is checked for WebGL2 first. If that check fails, help for your browser opens instead of a download.

The progress bar shows the numbers the game's loader reports. Once the engine has started, click or tap inside the game so it receives your input; sound may also wait for that first tap.

The build hosted here has no save system: closing or reloading the tab starts again from Day 1, which is why Restart asks first. Browser help opens in a panel over the game, and while you play, links on this page open in a new tab, so reading a guide does not end your session.

On phones and tablets the game uses the touchscreen controls from its September 2026 update. Fullscreen enlarges the game without cropping its edges, or fills this page when your browser does not allow fullscreen. Landscape gives the shop more room, but rotating is always your choice.

Help and the Shop Journal

Start with the beginner guide for your first order, the change guide when a payment will not finish, or browser help when the player does not appear.

The Shop Journal keeps practical help apart from story discussion. Character and ending articles say so up front and keep reveals inside closed spoiler panels, and every guide notes which build it was checked against and what is still unconfirmed.

Browser & loading help

A failed check can come from the browser, device, driver or a managed setting. Choose your browser below.

Chrome could not start WebGL2. Update and relaunch Chrome, then check graphics acceleration if your desktop settings allow it.

  1. Open the menu, choose Help → About Google Chrome, install any update and select Relaunch.
  2. On a computer, open Settings → System and check that graphics acceleration is available. Relaunch after changing it.
  3. On Android, update Chrome and the system from their usual update screens instead.
  4. Do not force experimental flags. On a managed device the setting may belong to your administrator.

Update macOS, iOS or iPadOS to update Safari. If native fullscreen is unavailable, use the expanded view inside this page.

  1. Safari updates with the system: use Software Update on your Mac, iPhone or iPad.
  2. The game does not need any experimental Safari settings. If WebGL2 still fails, try an updated, supported device.
  3. On iPhone and iPad most browser apps use Safari’s engine (WebKit), so switching browsers there usually changes little. The WebGL2 check on this site is what counts.
  4. Where native fullscreen is not available, Fullscreen expands the player inside the page. Rotating is always your choice.

Update Firefox, review its Performance settings and restart. If WebGL2 still fails, try another supported device.

  1. Update Firefox, then open Settings and find the Performance section.
  2. Use the recommended performance settings, or review the hardware acceleration option if your system shows one. Restart after a change.
  3. Option names vary between versions and systems. Do not bypass the compatibility safeguards that block unstable graphics drivers.

Update Edge and restart it. On desktop, check graphics acceleration. A managed device may need help from its administrator.

  1. Open Settings and more → Help and feedback → About Microsoft Edge to install updates, then restart.
  2. On a computer, look under Settings → System and performance for graphics acceleration, then restart.
  3. An organisation can control this setting. Ask its administrator instead of trying to override the policy.

Opening help does not save or necessarily pause the game. Restarting may lose this session.
